Akelius Buys Skyskraper in Copenhagen

Denmark — After having made their first Copenhagen purchase in october Akelius continues to invest in the Danish capital by acquiring 476 apartments in the skyskraper Domus Vista.

Domus Vista from 1969, with its 29 floors and 102 meters, is the third tallest residential building in Scandinavia. The property, which the company will acquire together with a related share in building rights, is situated in the municipality of Frederiksberg, four kilometers from central Copenhagen.

The price is MDKK 640 (EUR 86M). The closing is in February.
