Nicolas Karkkolainen comes most recently from CBRE Finland's capital markets team and Antti Salonen joins from CapMan Real Estate in Helsinki. Gustav Bachmann comes from Thylander on April 1, where he was Investment Manager. Gustav has previous experience from Catella and Carnegie. All are employed as Associates and will strengthen Alma's capacity in property acquisition, research and asset management.

Alma currently invests in Alma Fund III, which has EUR 347 million in equity from mainly Swedish and German institutional investors. At the end of 2023, the fund had EUR 300 million in unused equity to be invested in the Nordic real estate markets over the next two years. Alma continues to grow and more new colleagues are expected to join in 2024.
