On the property there is a food grade building erected in 1968 with a total rentable area of 2,785 square meters.

The total underlying property value amounts to SEK 7 million. The seller is Spendrups Bryggeriaktiebolag, which previously produced, among other things, spring water at the site. In recent years, the building has been used as a warehouse.
