The acquisition is a valuable addition to Sparbössan's existing property portfolio, which includes the neighboring property Skravelberget Större 1 on Nybrogatan/Riddargatan.

Skravelberget Större 14, with an area of approximately 2,800 square meters, consists of office premises and a restaurant with a wine bar at street level. Sparbössan sees the acquisition as a very valuable addition to the portfolio.
