Sparbössan acquires property in central Stockholm

Sweden — Sparbössan Fastigheter AB acquires the property Skravelberget Större 14 at Ingmar Bergmans Gata 2/Nybrogatan in central Stockholm from Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv.

The acquisition is a valuable addition to Sparbössan's existing property portfolio, which includes the neighboring property Skravelberget Större 1 on Nybrogatan/Riddargatan.

Skravelberget Större 14, with an area of approximately 2,800 square meters, consists of office premises and a restaurant with a wine bar at street level. Sparbössan sees the acquisition as a very valuable addition to the portfolio.

The property will become part of our existing property portfolio and will be managed by the own organization. The property will be occupied on April 10.
