The new Hagsätra office is located in Bandhagen and is part of IWG's investment in meeting the sharply increasing demand for flexible workplaces. The office, which will open in June 2024, will offer space for established companies, organizations and startups in several different industries such as technology, communication, e-commerce and finance. The new HQ office has workspaces that include private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces.

The property owner, Ikano Bostad, has made the decision to invest in the IWG platform to maximize returns on real estate space by capitalizing on the rapidly increasing demand for hybrid work. In total, IWG receives an annual investment in the platform of approximately SEK 650 million.
