Lantmännen Fastigheter, one of Sweden's largest real estate companies with approximately 150 properties in 80 locations, has acquired the property Sothönan 1 in Eslöv from Skånes Företagsservice. The property is a warehouse and office property with a premises of approximately 14,000 square meters located in the Berga industrial area in Eslöv. All premises are rented. A third of the property's land area is currently undeveloped, which gives room for future development.

The property is sold through a company sale at an underlying property value of SEK 91 million. The value includes the undeveloped land.

Lantmännen Fastigheter sees the acquisition as a strategic opportunity to strengthen its presence in Eslöv. The company already owns a number of properties in the area and is now looking forward to welcoming the tenants in Sothönan 1 to its management.

"We are very happy about the acquisition and look forward to developing our business in Eslöv. The new property is located in the same area as Lantmännen's seed plant and thus enables expansion in the area," says Petter Melin, regional manager at Lantmännen Fastigheter.

"It is good timing for us to sell the property and it feels very safe for our tenants that the buyer is Lantmännen Fastigheter," says Ulrika Andersson, CEO of Skånes Företagsservice.

In addition to the seed plant, Lantmännen Fastigheter already owns a commercial property in Eslöv where, among others, Byggmax and Granngården have operations.

The seller's commercial advisor was Zelvio, legal advisor was Cirio Advokatbyrå. The buyer's legal advisor was AG Advokat.
