The properties acquired during the second quarter are located in Östersund, Karlstad, Gävle, Falun and Sundsvall. The leasable area amounts to 24,900 square meters with a plot area of 101,600 square meters. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 18.1 million and the average occupancy rate is 96 percent. The average remaining term of existing leases amounts to 3.5 years. Five properties with a rental value of SEK 10.0 million have been acquired, one property with a rental value of SEK 8.1 million will be acquired by October 1, 2024 at the latest.
