Sweden — Aros Bostadsutveckling makes a recommended bid for Besqab. The offer is not in cash but means that the two listed companies will merge. The offer is worth 1.04 shares of ordinary shares and 0.07 preferred shares in Aros Bostadsutveckling for each share in Besqab. The board of Besqab unanimously recommends the shareholders of Besqab to accept Aros Bostad's offer.

Sweden — Nrep's community property arm, Altura, has signed an agreement with Besqab to acquire a community property portfolio at an underlying property value of a total of SEK 770 million. The deal includes three nursing homes, a preschool and tenements with a total lettable area of 15,200 square meters. The acquisition takes place via the Nordics' largest Core-plus fund Nrep Income+, which last year completed a successful third closing with approximately SEK 3.1 billion in added capital intended to take advantage of new investment opportunities.

Sweden — Besqab has agreed on the sale of five smaller properties in Trollbäcken in Tyresö.

Sweden — In December 2014, Besqab, as part of a JV company, entered into an agreement for the acquisition of approximately 700 prospective building rights within the Lövholmen area in Stockholm, of which Besqab's share is approximately 350 homes. The agreement, which is conditioned, among other things, by a new detailed plan for residential purposes, recently expired. Due to changed market conditions, Besqab has chosen not to extend the agreement to instead focus on other interesting acquisition opportunities.

Sweden — Today, Carola Lavén informed that she is leaving her position as Investments Director and vice president of Castellum. Lavén is appointed as CEO of Besqab.

Sweden — Besqab has signed an agreement to construct and sell a project containing 253 rental housing units in Uppsala to NREP for MSEK 493M.

Nordic — The Nordic transaction market was moderate in February. 50 deals were made and the transaction volume reached €1.2 billion, according to Pangea Property Partner´s monthly report.
