Besqab is building two apartment buildings with a total of 48 new homes in the Lilla Häll project at Henriksbergsviken in Hägersten. The houses are built according to the Swan environmental certification and have, among other things, wooden facades. The city equips and widens the promenade and turns it into parkland.
"Our ambition is to develop sustainable homes in attractive locations, which is why it feels extra good to be able to inaugurate this fine housing project on the shores of Mälaren today. In a fantastic lakeside location with green areas and communications within easy reach, interest in the homes has been record high. At the first the viewing day was attended by over a hundred people and half of the homes have already been sold," says Magnus Andersson, CEO of Besqab.
"This is a culturally historically valuable place with high housing values. The beach promenade is being renovated and widened and several of the older buildings are being preserved. It is gratifying that it is being built in Stockholm again and that more people can live in such a nice location in the city," says Jan Valeskog, City Planning Citizens' Council in the City of Stockholm.
