Magnus Sundell most recently served as Deputy CEO at SIBS AB, a company focused on industrial housing production. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Uppsala University and has previously held senior positions at several real estate companies, including GE Real Estate and Stendörren Fastigheter.

Sundell will begin his role as CFO at Besqab on 1 September and will immediately join Besqab's group management as CFO. He succeeds Anna Jepson, who will leave the group after a transition period to take on the role of CFO at Atrium Ljungberg.

"I am very pleased that Magnus Sundell has accepted the position of CFO at Besqab, and I look forward to welcoming him to the company and the group management within short. Magnus has extensive and solid experience from similar roles within the industry, both in listed and unlisted companies, and will play a crucial role in developing Besqab into a leading residential developer in Stockholm and Uppsala," says Magnus Andersson, CEO of Besqab.

"I am excited about the opportunity to join Besqab at a very interesting time for the company. The recently completed merger between Aros Bostad and Besqab feels spot on, and the market conditions for residential development in Sweden now appear to be significantly improving. Additionally, Besqab is one of the most reputable companies in the industry, with a highly competent management team that I hold in the utmost respect," says Magnus Sundell.
