Besqab has agreed on the sale of five smaller properties in Trollbäcken in Tyresö for a purchase price corresponding to an underlying property value of a total of SEK 30 million.

The properties are located in Trollbäcken in Tyresö municipality south of Stockholm and are currently rented out to, among other things, a cafe and a butcher's stall. Three of the properties are today built with villas. The buyer is an actor with roots in the local area.

"We acquired the properties with the aim of developing new homes as part of a larger development area. The detailed planning work has dragged on and, together with new market conditions, we therefore choose to prioritize more strategic projects," says Johan Westring, Head of Acquisition and Exploitation at Besqab .

 

The deal entails a positive cash flow of approximately SEK 30 million in connection with the resignation during the first quarter of 2024 and a negative profit impact of approximately SEK 28 million in the fourth quarter of 2023.
