Nordic — Henrik Landelius will take over as CEO of Areim in March 2024. He comes most recently from NCC where he was part of the company’s senior management team and for the past five years has been Head of NCC Building Sweden.

Sweden — NCC, in cooperation with Jönköpings kommuns Fastighetsutveckling AB, is to construct the property block and future meeting place Science Park Towers in central Jönköping.

Sweden — NCC and Liseberg amusement park have signed a contract for the construction of a new water park. The assignment is through the development company Liseberg Skår AB and the order value is approximately SEK 700 million.

Nordic — NCC will split its largest business area, NCC Building, into Building Sweden, led by Henrik Landelius, and Building Nordics, led by Klaus Kaae. The aim is to provide each unit with better conditions to achieve profitable growth.

Sweden — NCC is to build a cultural district in Örebro that will include such amenities as a public library and a cultural school. The client is the municipal property company Örebroporten Fastigheter AB, and the project is a turnkey contract in partnering.

Sweden — In partnership with Liseberg, NCC will extend the largest amusement park in the Nordic region. The assignment includes a water park, a themed destination hotel and parking facilities in the city centre of Gothenburg. Liseberg, through the Liseberg Skår development company, has budgeted the assignment at approximately EUR 194M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Svenska Bostäder to build 172 rental apartments in Tensta.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Västfastigheter to rebuild Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde for more suitable, modern premises. The assignment is a partnering arrangement in two phases, of which the total order value is approximately EUR 61M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Akademiska Hus to carry out an expansion of the Ångström Laboratory at Uppsala University. The order value is approximately EUR 93M.

Sweden — NCC is to construct the Dansmästaren project in partnering form with Uppsalahem and Uppsala Parkerings AB. The project will include 133 rental apartments, a parking facility and large premises in the Rosendal district of Uppsala. The order value is EUR 30M.

Sweden — NCC has launched a partnering arrangement with Global Business Gate for a new office project in the Masthuggskajen district in Gothenburg. The assignment has been divided into two phases, and the total order value is expected to amount to approximately EUR 90M.

Sweden — NCC has initiated a partnering arrangement with Castellum to build a car showroom of slightly more than 25,000 square meters in Huddinge, south of Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately EUR 29M.  

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Bonava to build Kapellgärdet Arena, comprising 152 tenant-owner apartments in Uppsala city center. The order value is approximately EUR 26M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned to construct an additional 644 apartments in central Uppsala for Magnolia Bostad. The construction assignment marks the second phase of the Senapsfabriken property block. The order value is approximately EUR 67M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Vasakronan to refurbish part of the Hästskon 12 property block, also known as Sergelhuset, converting it from office space to a hotel and apartments. The assignment is a turnkey contract in the form of a partnering agreement and the order is worth EUR 56M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Skandia Fastigheter Öresund to redevelop the Davida 16 block in Malmö. The order is worth EUR 29M.

Sweden — In partnership with Tyresö Bostäder, NCC will construct 206 rental apartments close to the Tyresö Centrum shopping center.
