Sweden — Logicenters is continuing its expansion in Greater Stockholm. It has announced the acquisition of land in Nykvarn – just south of the capital – where the initial plan is to construct a new 50,000 sqm facility.

Norway — In the Vestby logistics park in the Oslo region, Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Schibsted Norway. The long-term lease is for 30,500 sqm, on Toveien 21, and is in the final stages of the property purchased by Ferd in 2021. Schibsted is expected to move in between March and June 2023.

Norway — Logicenters is continuing to establish itself in Norway with the announcement that the logistics property company has acquired a new 18,000 sqm facility in Heimdal, one mile south of Trondheim city centre.

Norway — Logicenters has now announced that it has acquired a 70,000 sqm site from Skolt. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2023 and the entire developed logistics park is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Nordic — AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments, announces that it has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of logistics assets spread across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from Logicenters, NREP’s logistics platform. NREP will continue to operate the facilities.

Norway — At the Vestby Logistics Park in the Oslo region, Logicenters has now signed a lease with 3PL company Malomo. The long-term lease is for 5,500 sqm of the property. Malomo 3PL is scheduled to move in during November 2021.

Finland — Logicenters has acquired land in Nurmijärvi, Finland. The acquisition is for a 51,000 sqm large plot, giving Logicenters a total development site of 29,000 sqm. A first property is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.

Denmark — Logicenters has signed a long-term lease with its first tenant at its new facility in Køge. The tenant is Danish transport company BHS Logistics and the lease is for a cross-docking terminal with an area of 6,900 sqm.

Sweden — Logicenters and Speed Group have signed a new agreement regarding one of Logicenters' facilities in Borås. The agreement is for 10,000 sqm of logistics space in Logicenters' new 24,000 sqm property.

Sweden — The Axfood Group’s purchasing and logistics company Dagab has signed a long-term lease with the property company NREP Logicenters for an all-new nationwide warehouse for fruits and vegetables. The new warehouse will be located in Landskrona, create conditions for improved efficiency and replace the existing fruit and vegetable warehouse in Helsingborg.

Sweden — Nagel Group, a leading logistics company in groceries, is moving into Logicenters' facility in Landskrona. The parties have signed a 15-year lease agreement for a 12,000 square meter area in Logicenters' existing property.

Norway — Scandinavia’s leading company within flow technology, GPA Flowsystem AS, has moved into Logicenters’ property in Langhus, just outside Oslo. The lease agreement is for a 5,350 sqm section of the logistics property company's facility.

Norway — NREP Logicenters continues to strengthen its position in the Oslo region with a record-breaking acquisition of one of the Nordic region’s most sophisticated distribution centers.

Denmark — Logicenters has acquired a 160,000 sqm site at the Danish logistics park, Skandinavisk Transport Center, in Køge to the south of Copenhagen. The land has been sold by Køge municipality and the acquisition has been undertaken as part of the municipality's expansion plans for the existing logistics park. This logistics park is one of Denmark's largest and it will continue to grow as Logicenters establishes itself in the area.

Norway — Logicenters has announced the purchase of further land in Vestby. This time it is a substantial land plot of 100,727 sqm. This latest acquisition means that Logicenters now owns land for development totalling 128,000 sqm in the area. Ground preparation is currently in progress, and the logistics property company predicts that the first property can be ready for tenants in the beginning of 2022.
