Norway — Logicenters is now scaling up and expanding its presence in Vestby, Norway, with a new land acquisition in the area totalling 27,000 sqm. The logistics property player is then expected to develop a logistics facility of approximately 13,500 sqm at the newly acquired site, which is centrally located in Vestby Business Park.

Nordic — NREP is now selling 11 selected logistics properties in the Nordics. The divestment will enable a strategic renewal of the Logicenters portfolio, including investments in new developments and acquisitions across the Nordics.

Norway — Logicenters is continuing to strengthen its presence at strategic logistics hubs in the Nordic region. The logistics property company will develop a 12,000 sqm logistics facility in Vestby, Norway.

Finland — Logicenters is continuing to strengthen its portfolio in the Finnish market. In Kerava, just outside Helsinki, Logicenters is currently developing a logistics facility with a total area of 18,300 sqm. A ten-year lease has been signed with tenant Dachser to lease an area of around 4,600 sqm. The property is scheduled for completion in 2020.

Nordic — Logicenters is now strengthening its team to support continued growth. Thomas Petersen is joining the Danish team as Commercial Manager with 27 years of experience in the logistics industry. His most recent position has been director of consulting and transaction services at CBRE.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a logistics facility in Helsingborg, Sweden, for about SEK 240 million (EUR 23 million). The buyer is Logicenters.

Nordic — 2019 will be a year of expansion for Logicenters. Three key positions are now being added in order to support the growth of the organisation. Simon Campbell, Richard Drougge and Victoria Ödmark will be taking on these new positions at Logicenters.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a logistics property in Arlandastad, Sweden, for about MSEK 230 (EUR 22M) to Logicenters.

Denmark — Logicenters continues to strengthen its portfolio in the Danish market by the acquisition of a 17,400 sqm facility in the attractively located logistics hub of Brøndby. The current tenant Mediq Danmark A/S will retain its business in the property.

Denmark — Logicenters will develop a 14,872 square meter property just outside Copenhagen. An almost twelve-meter-high cross-dock facility with modern and flexible specifications will be constructed and planned to be completed in 2020. The tenant Bring will move into the building upon completion.

Sweden — Logicenters and Kilenkrysset collaborate to develop a 150,000 sqm logistics park in Håbo, North of Stockholm.

Norway — Logicenters expands the property portfolio in Norway with the purchase of a newly developed logistics facility in Råde, 70 kilometers from Oslo.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a logistics facility to be built in Arlandastad, Sigtuna, for about EUR 23M. The buyer is Logicenters.

Denmark — One year ago Logicenters acquired a property of 31,100 square meters in port of Køge. This also marked the start for the development of a new distribution center for the tenant DKI Logistics A/S. The development was completed in the middle of April.

Denmark — British America Tobacco closed down their production in Denmark in 2011 and have wanted to sell their production plant in Vallensbaek since. The property – encompassing 12,000 sqm – is now sold to a fund under NREP Logicenters.
