The plant encompasses approximately 10,000 sqm warehouse logistics and 2,000 sqm office spaces and is located on a 30,000 sqm site.

DTZ Egeskov & Lindquist were advisors to the seller. After a drawn out selling process, DTZ proposed that the plant would be reconstructed to attract new tenants and investors. This resulted in a deal of 10,000 sqm warehouse to Postnord Logistics. DTZ has now also carried through the divestment to a real estate fund under NREP Logicenters.

When British American Tobacco closed down their business the plant was much larger, but parts – land for housing among other things – has been sold earlier.
