In 2020, Logicenter's modern logistics facility Kronan 1 was completed, located at the address Örjaleden in Kronan business park in Landskrona. The logistics property player has now signed a lease agreement with the German food logistics company Nagel-Group for an area of ​​approximately 12,000 square meters of the property, which is a total of approximately 24,000 square meters. Since the completion of the property, Sunclass Airlines ApS has been active in the other part of the property.

Prior to Nagel-Group's move-in, which is planned for the beginning of September, the logistics facility will be further equipped to meet the company's needs. Among other things, Logicenters will add additional gates to the property, an extra driveway and provide areas for refrigerated and frozen goods. Furthermore, it is also possible to install solar cells on the roof, something that is in line with Logicenter's ambitious sustainability work.
