Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement to acquire parts of the property Orminge 46:1 in the Orminge centre, Nacka municipality, comprising 10,400 sq.m. GFA.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad and Heimstaden Bostad have formed a joint venture aimed at jointly developing about 150,000 square meters of GFA housing in Näsängen, a seaside area in Åkersberga, Österåker municipality.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement regarding the sale of its part of the joint venture company that owns the property Skogskarlen 3 in Bergshamra, Stockholm.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad signed an agreement for the sale to Slättö of around 650 residences in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality. The value at completion is expected to amount to around EUR 113M.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has entered an agreement regarding the divestment of the Instrumentet 2 property in Örnsberg, Stockholm, with a total leasable area of approximately 6,000 square meters.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad divests a project encompassing the Valhall 1 property located in Hyllie, Malmö. The deal encompasses the erection of approximately 430 rental units and a larger grocery store.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad divests the Fasanen project located in Central Arlöv, Burlöv’s municipality, encompassing 275 rental units. The divestment refers to, among others, the Burlöv Arlöv 20:58 property and the property value upon completion is estimated to approximately EUR 49M.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned to construct an additional 644 apartments in central Uppsala for Magnolia Bostad. The construction assignment marks the second phase of the Senapsfabriken property block. The order value is approximately EUR 67M.

Sweden — CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of the Nordic Property Fund, announces the sale of the Stinsen Shopping Centre, Häggvik, Stockholm. The shopping centre has been acquired by Magnolia together with Alecta.

Sweden — Magnolia develops 262 apartments, now sold to Slättö. Property value at completion will be about MSEK 450 (EUR 47M). 

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad continues to grow and strengthen the organization with a total of 12 people. In the fall Fredrik Westin starts as CFO and will take place in the management team, which then will consist of five people.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Magnolia Bostad to build 454 rental units in central Uppsala, in the Senapsfabriken 2 property block. The order is valued at MSEK 443 (€48M).

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has signed a land transfer agreement with the Helsingborg Municipality concerning the properties Antikvarien 1 and Arkeologen 1 in Maria station, Helsingborg. Magnolia also signed an agreement with SPP Fastigheter AB concerning the sale of 345 rental apartments that are to be developed on the properties. The property value at completion amounts to approximately MSEK 550 (€60M).

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, divests future housing units in Uppsala and Helsingborg. The final total property value amounts to MSEK 1550 (€ 168 M).
