The project is sold to Vault Investment Partners in company form and has at the time of the transfer a property value of approximately EUR 14M and an estimated property value at completion of approximately EUR 102M. The detail plan has become final and access will be granted upon a granted building permit.
 
The construction start is preliminarily scheduled for Q1 2018. Magnolia Bostad will develop and run the project until the apartments and store are ready for occupancy, which is scheduled to happen in different stages from Q3 2020.
 
The project is located in close proximity to the shopping center Emporia and the train station in Hyllie. It has been drawn by Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter and will consist of shops and a garage on the ground floor with apartments above.
