Finland — Investors represented by Cobbleyard Real Estate and Revcap have divested two modern office properties located in the Hervanta office area in Tampere to a fund managed by Quadoro Investment Gmbh.

Finland — Logistics provider DB Schenker Finland develops a new terminal property in Lempäälä in the Southern Tampere region. The property is located in the Marjamäki district, by the Helsinki-Tampere motorway.

Finland — NCC is to construct an office and retail complex next to Ratina shopping center in Tampere. The customer is Sponda Plc and the value of the project is approximately EUR 25M.

Finland — Property investment company Sponda Plc will develop an office and retail complex in Ratina, Tampere, with connection to Ratina shopping centre. The main tenant of the complex will be Elisa Oyj.

Finland — FinCap has sold one residential and one assisted living property located in Turku and Tampere. The properties were divested from funds managed by FinCap to Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd.

Finland — Bonava is selling a rental project in Lielahti, Tampere. The buyer is the investor Localtapiola Real Estate Ltd and the transaction encompasses 106 rental apartments. 

Finland — Special common fund Trevian Finland Properties I has on bought the PMK-building in the centre of Tampere from Renor Oy.

Finland — Brunswick Real Estate has announced the formation of Kielo, a real estate company aiming to acquire high quality commercial real estate in growing cities in Finland, together with its investors. Kielo has completed its first transaction acquiring a 40,000 square meter office property in Tampere from Aberdeen Standard Investment.
