The building will be located on an excellent spot right next to the Ratina shopping center. Total area will be about 13 800 square meters of net floor space.

The new building will be environmentally certified under Breeam or Leed. Whichever the certification will be, energy efficiency will be one of the focus areas in the building.
 
In addition to sustainability another important criterion for Sponda Plc is the convertibility of spaces. This will be considered in the planning and construction so that the premises will be as flexible and easily convertible as possible to suit different purposes and end users.
 
NCC aims to start construction in autumn. The construction phase will last about 1,5 years and the goal is to be ready in spring 2020.
