The divested assets were Hermia 5 and Hermia 6 properties located in the Hermia Science Park. The multi-let properties were constructed in 1998–2000 and have approx. 30,000 sqm of lettable area as well app. 1 000 parking spaces. The properties are fully leased to notable tenants such as OP Bank, Vincit and CGI. Hermia Science Park is prominently located in the Hervanta technology hub next to the Hervanta university area.
The connectivity will improve even more with the new tram traffic in 2021.
