The property from 1930 is located in the popular area around Gramercy Park on Manhattan in New York. Among others, Julia Roberts, Chelsea Clinton and Uma Thurman live in the area.

This is the second purchase in the US for Akelius. They purchased a residential property in Brooklyn at a total of €11,7M in the beginning of April.
