Spatium Toimitilat Oy has sold to FinCap DC Corp Oy all the properties located in the city of Lahti at the addresses Ilmarisentie 3 and Väinämöisentie 2 A + B. The size of the plot is approx. 99,000 sqm.

The sale was made on 30 September 2024 and the management of the property was transferred to the new owner from the beginning of October. Lease agreements and service agreements are transferred to the new owner as is. However, Spatium Toimitilat will continue to manage the property for the new owner.

"The sale of real estate is Spatium Toimitilat's normal business strategy. The sale enables, for example, the implementation of new construction projects," states CEO Jouni Kanervo.
