The property is located in Fredriksskans, a newly developed area in central Kalmar, next to Fredriksskans IP and Kvarnholmen. The area is close to both Kalmar central station and services. The building consists of 42 high-quality apartments spread over just over 2,000 square meters. It was completed in 2023 and holds the environmental certification Miljöbyggnad Silver.

The deal was carried out in company form and the property was acquired on 20 September.
