Brinova Fastigheter has acquired the property Malmö Ögonstenen 2, a centrally located building with a lettable area of​​approximately 4,400 square meters. The property includes 72 modern apartments, staff spaces and public areas. On the property, which has an area of ​​approximately 20,000 square meters, there is a large and park-like garden with walking paths, boules court and several patios, which provides a pleasant and relaxing environment for the residents.

 

The property, which also has 31 exterior parking spaces, was acquired in company form at an underlying property value of SEK 115 million (EUR 10 million).

 

In connection with the acquisition, a ten-year lease was signed with the existing operator, who is also the seller of the property. This agreement ensures a stable and long-term tenant and means that the current business can continue without interruption.
