Peab has been commissioned by Framtiden Byggutveckling to build 126 rental apartments with business premises on the ground floor. A terrace floor with green plantings will be built at the top of the house, which will be accessible to everyone who lives in the house.

The building will be a total of ten floors high with business premises on the ground floor. After completion, the project will be handed over to Bostads AB Poseidon for further management.
