Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a new lease agreement with Areco Direct AB for premises in the property Filmremsan 9 in Högdalen, Stockholm. The agreement covers premises of approximately 4,500 square meters and has a term of 10 years and 9 months. This is a result of co-location and expansion of the company's operations, with the effect that Areco Direct will simultaneously vacate existing premises rented from Stendörren. The expected effect on net operating income is a net of SEK 4.3 million. The premises will be adapted for warehousing, wholesale, and office purposes, and Areco Direct will take possession of the premises on April 1, 2025.

“Areco Direct already conducts part of its operations in our premises in Högdalen, and we are therefore pleased that they now choose to expand their presence in the area through this new and more comprehensive agreement. This lease is further a confirmation that our work for long-term customer relationships gives result, which we are very proud of”, says Anders Nilsson, Head of Property Management at Stendörren.
