The property is currently undergoing an extension to meet the tenant's long-term needs, where the rentable area is increased from 2,640 square meters to 4,361 square meters. In addition to this, there is major maintenance and updates of staff areas and of ventilation and heating systems. Upon completion, the current tenant AB Reservdelar will sublet the entire property on a ten-year lease. Logistri will take over upon the completion of the extension and rebuilding, which is estimated for May 2025.
