The jewelery company AB Heribert Engelbert had been in the Engelbert family for over 100 years since Heribert Engelbert, great-grandfather of Oscar Engelbert, founded the business in 1920. The company has a store on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm's inner city.

But that store and the entire company have now changed hands: from Oscar Engelbert to Gelba Management, which is owned by Per Taube. The change of ownership takes place through the enforcement of mortgage security, reports Expressen.

"It wasn't the idea that we would own it. It was the effect of a the enforcement of mortgage security," Per Taube told the newspaper.
