Emilshus has acquired seven properties with light industry in Halmstad with a total lettable area of 22,170 square meters. Total annual rental value amounts to SEK 23 million (EUR 2.1 million) and the average remaining rental period is 2.1 years.
The properties are located close to central Halmstad, six of which are in the Vilhelmsfält area at the city's new southern entrance. The properties have an economic letting rate of 95 percent with well-known tenants such as Swedol, FlexIT, Erikshjälpen and Lindab. Access will take place in November 2024. The seller is Fastighetsstaden.
