The properties being sold are Kallhäll 1:22 and Kallhäll 1:170 consisting of 12,434 square meters of premises. Total rental value corresponds to approximately SEK 14 million (EUR 1.3 million), of which rental income amounts to approximately SEK 11 million (EUR 1 million).
The transactions take place in the form of property sale and amount to SEK 117 million (EUR 10.7 million) with a result of SEK 37 million (EUR 3.4 million) to be reported in Q4, 2024, within the business segment JM Property Development. Transfer of legal title and payment will occur in Q4, 2024.
The properties consist of buildings from the old Bolinder works, built 1908-1954, in which commercial actors and local businessmen rent premises.
