Public Property Invest has acquired a pre-school in Trelleborg for a total property value of SEK 102 million (EUR 8.8 million). Trelleborg is located in Skåne municipality in Sweden. The property is 1,745 sqm and has an adjacent land plot of 6700 sqm. Annual rental income is SEK 6.2 million (EUR 0.53 million) and the lease is triple net with an unexpired lease term of 17 years. The pre-school was built by Acrinova and finalised in 2021. Energy-efficient building construction and renewable energy supply through solar panels and geothermal energy ensures long-term sustainable property management and operations.
