The seller is Trond Mohn’s company Meteva.
The property is 49,000 sqm and has a total rental value of MNOK 180 (EUR 20M).
The tenants is DNB Bank ASA, the biggest bank in Norway. The remaining lease is 10.3 years.

This acquisition means that we’ll keep investing in central Norwegian social properties,” says SBB CEO Ilija Batljan.
Advokatfirmaet Selmer DA has been the buyer’s legal advisor and Arctic Securities ASA has been the seller’s financial advisor as well as having arranged the buyer’s acquisition financing.
