The current land area on Säve, that encompasses about one million sqm, is located in close proximity of the property that Serneke purchased in May of 2016. Serneke’s total combined ground holdings would, in the case of a done deal with Platzer, encompass about three million sqm developable land.

The property was purchased through a company acquisition of AB Platzer Åseby 7:2.
