The portfolio comprises 27,000 square meters divided among two public tenant properties as well as the headquarters of Stockmann. About 50 percent of the rental income is derived from municipal tenants and the remaining part from Stockmann. The weighted average lease time is 9 years.
“It is a solid high quality portfolio that Nordika has acquired with long leases and stable tenants. The properties are located in attractive micro locations and are of good technical standard. They are acquired in a situation where the Finnish economy has improved significantly and optimism is increasing in the local transaction market. We also see the portfolio as a very good complement to our previous investments in Finland,” says Jonas Grandér, CEO of Nordika.
