Stockholm’s Tallest Residential Building Reached Top

Sweden — The construction company JM’s Kista Torn has reached its full height, approximately 120 meters and 40 storeys high, of which 35 are residential storeys. It is by far Stockholm’s tallest residential building located in the middle of Kista.

“We are very proud of the Kista Torn and having built Stockholm’s tallest residential building. It is a prime example of JM’s vision of constructing tall buildings in a large city with increasing density”, says Johan Skoglund, CEO at JM.

The residential interest in Kista Torn and its height has been large. Only a few residences remain for sale and the occupation starts this summer.
