The properties in question are located in Vårberg, Falköping, Nässjö and Tranås.
 
Agora has hired Catella Corporate Finance for Vårholmen 4 in Vårberg and for the remaining three properties Agora hired Nordier Property Advisors.
 
The properties’ total book value amounts to approximately MSEK 350 (EUR 37M).
 
This is a step in the direction to enable an investment and development of Agora’s other properties where they have identified a greater potential.
