The property had been part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate mutual fund Deka-Immobilien Europa.
The L-shaped office building is located approximately ten kilometres north of the business centre of Stockholm in the Solna sub-market.
It provides around 12,000 m² of leasable space and more than 400 parking places in an underground garage.
The property is currently being used by five tenants, with DHL Nordic AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG, occupying the largest share of the space.
Deka-Immobilien Europa purchased the property newly built in 2004.
Leimdörfer advised the seller in the deal.
