The logistics centre will cover about 27,000 square meters. Earthworks are currently ongoing at the site, and the project’s building permit is being processed. The logistics centre is scheduled for completion in August 2018.
“The construction of modern logistics premises is our core competence. The Frode Laursen logistics centre is a great new project for us in the large-scale category. By using Lehto’s economically driven model, cost savings will be made in both design and implementation. We’ll be employing prefabrication to ensure that construction progresses as quickly as possible on site. For example, the roof will be built using our plant’s own patented large roof elements,” says Jukka Pekonen, Sales Director, Business Premises.
“In Lehto, we’ve found an extremely good partner who understands a logistics company’s needs and challenges. We value the open, professional and uncomplicated way in which our cooperation with Lehto has begun,” says Anders Balle, Director at Frode Laursen.
