In February 2017 TH Real Estate acquired 50 percent of Kamppi Shopping Center, Helsinki’s largest central shopping center and the most visited mall in the Nordics, from Nordic Retail Fund through Barings Real Estate Advisers (BREA). As a part of the Nordic expansion and the increased presence in Finland, TH Real Estate opens an office in Helsinki.
 
TH Real Estate also hires Katja Holmström as Senior Portfolio Manager in charge of Finland. Holmström most recent title was Head of Leasing at real estate firm Sponda.
