Hermannin Rantatie 10 is a flexible office building completed in 1989. It is in an excellent location near Kalasatama metro station and Redi shopping centre which is under construction. The leasable area of the property is 5,900 sqm in addition to which the property has 71 parking spaces. Elimäenkatu 5 is a modern office building in Vallila that was completed in 2000. The leasable area of Elimäenkatu 5 is 9,958 sqm, and the property has 149 parking spaces across two basement floors.

Antilooppi has identified the significant development potential in the eastern inner city area and wants to actively develop and provide modern premises for businesses of different sizes.

“This transaction is an important addition to Antilooppi’s current property portfolio in the eastern inner city. We believe that the interest in both of the properties will increase even further when the Pasila–Vallila–Kalasatama area develops,” says Antti Savilampi, CIO at Antilooppi.

“Antilooppi’s objective is to grow into a significant office investor and operator in the selected submarkets in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. This transaction is strong evidence of the successful implementation of the strategy, and it significantly strengthens Antilooppi in the eastern inner city of Helsinki,” says CEO Tuomas Sahi.
