Most of the new Lumo rental apartments are single and two-room apartments. The housing company in Kruunuvuorenranta, Laajasalo, is estimated to be completed by the end of 2018.

A total of 62 Lumo apartments will be built in the housing company’s apartment building. Most of the apartments are single or two-room apartments. There are five family apartments. In addition to the apartments, the property will include business premises for a grocery store and an illuminated work of art.

An architectural design competition was arranged in co-operation with the City of Helsinki for the building’s design. The winner of the competition was Serum Arkkitehdit.

The contractor for the property is SSR Uusimaa. The project will be completed by the end of 2018.
