The buyer is a Swedish limited company established by Pareto Securities and owned by Wenaasgruppen and O.G. Ottersland.

The hotel, that will be finished at the end of 2019, is located in direct connection to Sky City. It contains 503 rooms, bar and restaurant distributed on 20,000 square meters and 14 floors.

“Stockholm Arlanda Airport is growing fast. To meet the growth and the increased need for accommodations, this hotel is now being built mainly for leisure travelers and families in the ‘affordable luxury’ segment,” says Jonas Abrahamsson, CEO at Swedavia.

Nordic Choice Hotels will run the new hotel under the Comfort brand according to a 20 year lease. The property will be environmentally certified with Breeam Very Good.

Cushman & Wakefield and Skierfe Advokatfirma have been Swedavia’s advisors. Wenaasgruppen and Ottersland has cooperated with Pareto Securities and MAQS Advokatbyrå in the transaction.
