Finland — Office construction volumes remain rather low in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. According to the KTI statistics, there were approx. 94,000 sqm of new office space and 16,000 sqm of major office redevelopment projects under construction at the end of March.

In other major Finnish cities (Tampere, Turku, Oulu, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Lahti) altogether, only 45,000 sqm of new office space is under construction.
