Agenta Förvaltning, located in Östersund, manages approximately 450 housing cooperatives of which approximately 95 percent are located in Stockholm.

“We are very happy with the acquisition of Agenta Förvaltning, it fits very well into Riksbyggen’s existing business. At Riksbyggen we have a long-term perspective and a big focus on sustainability issues within our real estate management and this acquisition means that we gain a significant reinforcement in our position on the Stockholm market,” says Eric Stuart, Head of Riksbyggen's Real Estate Management.

Agenta Förvaltning will be managed by a Riksbyggen daughter company. Catella Corporate Finance and DLA Piper has been Riksbyggen’s advisors in the transaction.
