The property is located in a fast-growing area at the junction of Tuusulanväylä, Tikkurilantie and Kehä III. The property has a leasable area of approximately 20,000 square meters, and the tenants include Grano and Veho, among others.

“The unique location of Mäkituvantie 3 along the busiest major roads, diverse tenant configuration as well as versatile and flexible facilities which also meet future needs are a perfect match with the properties that the fund is looking for in its investments,” says Risto Aro, the fund’s Fund Manager.

“This sale is in line with our strategy as Antilooppi focuses on office properties in the Helsinki Region. Antilooppi is constantly looking for new interesting properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan area to invest in,” says Antti Savilampi, Antilooppi’s CIO.
