The premises to be leased are approximately 11,000 square metres, and along with the agreement, the occupancy rate of the whole property will rise to approximately 42 percent. The rented premises will be utilised by the administration of the City of Espoo.
 
Tietotie 6 office property will be renovated to modern office premises. The alteration and demolition work to prepare the renovation was started already during 2017. The actual renovation work will be started in March and the it will be completed in phases in August 2018 and January 2019. The property space to be rented is approximately 26,000 square metres in total. The property is located close to good transportation connections next to the new Aalto university metro station.
