Current tenants are among others Play Nöjesdistrubution and Aventi and there is space for more tenants. The property was built in 1898 with expansions in 1909 and 1915. In the 90’s it was renovated to an office and industry hotel.
 
“Armbåga is strategically located in one of Borås’ strongest retail districts, near many restaurants and residential areas. There are also good parking solutions. The facilities are managed well and we see a good development potential in the property,” says Lars Angwald, CEO at Cernera.
 
The areas in the property are divided as 4,600 square meters of offices and the rest as warehouse spaces. It is currently fully leased but a few office and warehouse spaces will become vacant in 2018.
