CBRE Global Investors leases 25 000 sqm to Postnord

Sweden — CBRE Global Investors has on behalf of the CBRE Nordic Property Fund signed a lease with Postnord for the entire logistics asset Lagret 1, located outside the city of Umeå in the northern part of Sweden, totalling 25,000 sqm.

Postnord is the leading supplier of communications and logistics solutions to, from and within the Nordic region. In 2014, the group had sales of SEK 40 billion (€4.2 billion) and 38,000 employees. The parent company is a Swedish public limited company.

The lease started as of January 1st 2015 for a term of 10.5 years.

CBRE Global Investors is a global real estate investment management firm with $90.6 billion (€80 billion) in assets under management as of December 31, 2014.
