Sirius Acquires Grocery Stores Portfolio from Pohjola

Finland — An affiliate of the Finnish real estate investment manager Sirius Capital Partners (“Sirius”) has acquired three grocery stores for a total investment volume of approximately €7M. The seller is Real Estate Fund Finland I KY (“REFF I KY”), a fund managed by Pohjola Property Management Ltd.

The properties are located in Helsinki, Tuusula and Riihimäki and have a total lettable area of approximately 5,000 sqm. The main tenants are HOK-Elanto (S-Group) and Suomen Lähikauppa.

”We are actively looking for new investment opportunities within the grocery stores segment and this portfolio complements our existing portfolio very well”, says Jonas Ahlblad, CIO of Sirius Capital Partners.

CBRE Finland Oy acted as the seller’s advisor in the transaction and Krogerus Attorneys Ltd as the buyer’s legal advisor.
